0. Fill out the “Ship To” information

0. Check your shipping method

0. “Click” next

0. Fill out your “Bill To” information

0. “Click” next

0. IMPORTANT – This will take you to the Paypal site -

0. In the lower left corner of this screen, it will ask you:

   • Don't have a PayPal account – Use your credit card. Continue.

0. “Click” Continue

0. Fill in your credit card information and submit
